The staff was very friendly and caring. The dental hygienist took her time on cleaning my teeth and working with me to get the x-rays that were needed for a first time visit. The Dentist was very caring, gentle, and professional. I would highly recommend this office to others. I have some dental work that needs to be done in the future, but the crown and bridge are still functional and the dentist just suggested we wait and watch these areas, as it is working and why fix it now. This is an awesome dentist office. The personal care and professionalism is absolutely top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only downside is because they are so good, sometimes the wait for an appointment can be a little long.
My experience at Madison Family has always been excellent. Very positive environment, very concerned about my comfort.
Anyone that has put off going to the dentist due to fear, embarrassment, or just anything about bones/teeth (which to me is equal to fingernails being run across a chalkboard) must visit Dr. Emily and her staff! She and her staff made me forget about all the above concerns by not only their professionalism but by how they made me feel like I'd been a patient/friend to Madison Family Dentistry for years!
