Thank you Jes! I just brought my teen daughter in for her first pair of glasses. I was ready to be traumatized by the experience but once I saw Jes was working I felt much better. She knows exactly what she is doing. She picked out 10 frames she thought would look good and we were done, in and out in 15 minutes with the perfect frames ordered. She has also picked out frames for both my husband and myself. She is the guru of glasses! :) Highly recommend!
Dr. Naftali has always been gracious, professional and thorough with me. I've never had to wait beyond my designated appointment time, which is an increasingly rare experience. Their selection of frames is extensive, and Helen Krug is brilliant at suggesting frames for her clients. Customer service is truly excellent - I've frequently stopped in without an appointment for adjustments and have inevitably been warmly welcomed and promptly accommodated. Great place.
I'm downgrading to 3 stars due to requests for reviews. I got an email asking me to respond to a survey - fine - during which I decline to write a review. Immediately after submitting the survey I get an email asking for a review. So here it is. Office staff is grand, and doctor was nice and competent. Wait time is short. The threatening "make sure you show up to avoid a no-show fee" text and too many requests for reviews are not delightful.
