Just want to say Kelley is amazing and always makes me comfortable!!
The office was very nice, and the staff was knowledgeable and personable, but I don't like that I have to wait 3 months to have my numerous cavities filled. Don't take new patients if you have wait times like that. I will be going elsewhere to have my cavities filled. I wish I didn't have to!

Dr. Burgess and his staff always go the extra mile for their patients! Great service and super friendly staff.
Great team! Kelly is my hygienist and she is great. Front window staff always courteous! Dr. Burgess is always so nice and pleasant to speak with.
I couldn't believe that I finally came across a truly dedicated dental clinic upon my first visit to Dr. Burgess. After my second visit, I feel beyond appreciated as a dental patient. This facility, staff, and dentist gets my stamp of APPROVAL :)
The entire staff was great but I especially enjoyed Theresa. She was so gracious to me. She was so upbeat and gentle when she was doing my cleaning. I told her how painful my left side was but she didn't hurt me one time when she was examining me. I am so excited to be able to be able to use your practice again. I look forward to my next appointment.
My son was with me and was panicking (a hygenist had the brainstorm that perhaps the scrubs made him think this was the pediatricians and he would get a shot). While everyone was wonderful with him, I think his panic and my distraction did lead to things being a little rushed. I might end up needing to make a repeat visit (without him) about my issue because it doesn't seem like it got entirely resolved.
