Kelly is the greatest. Very careful, tender, explains, and talks just enough to keep me "unaware" of what's going on. Dr. Bill was efficient, personable and explained all. PS. Loved your chair! See you in 6 months.
Staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door.
I have always been afraid of the dentist but when I became apart of Madison Dental Care I was treated with so much care and concern I feel I can eventually complete my overall dental care needed.
Been to 2 or 3 other dentists in the Madison/Huntsville area and the Terry Burgess office has been the best and the people are the reason I keep coming back.
Everything was very nice. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed being able to watch tv during my cleaning, as opposed to my usual other two options of either closing my eyes or staring awkwardly into the hygienist's eyes the whole time. The massage chairs are also a nice touch.
I was seated and made comfortable quickly and the process was explained to me.
So pleased....was very nervous but can't believe, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.
I really appreciate everyone in the office so much. Before finding you all a couple of years ago, I was always so anxious of the entire dental aspect of my health. EVERYONE at Dr. Burgess's office from the front desk staff to my awesome hygienist Kelly to Dr. Burgess himself are all terrific. The small wait time I experienced was no problem at all especially since another patient was being attended to; I understood and didn't mind. Thank you so much for making it a pleasure to be a patient with you all.
