Everyone that I have encountered that’s been nice, helpful, and efficient.
I've never had a bad experience at Madison Dental Care. I'm always greeted by name, appointments are on schedule, and everyone conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner.
It was a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I cannot read in the people were wonderful they help me fill out all of the paperwork and was there through any question I had thank you for being so wonderful if you choose them you willRegret it they are absolutely awesome
When I had a problem with a tooth and Dr. Burris was out of town, I was able to get an appt. the next day with Dr. Ross. She made time to do a crown prep. I was so pleased.
Great dentists, hygienists, & assistants & the office staff is just amazing .. they go well out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

As always, I was greeted by name by all staff in reception followed by my Hygienist Kelley to take me for treatment. Such a great experience to be instantly put at ease. Every step of the way the treatment and plan of what was to happen explained in a professional manner. Next treatment arranged in a timely manner. Thank you to all the Staff of Madison Dental Care. You are all so appreciated
