Receptionist were both very welcoming and sweet!
Michelle was very gentle and personable. I was back in my car within an hour of my appt time. I would book with her again, if she is in the office.
Absolutely fantastic, if there was an award for world’s best dentist, by golly this place would get it!
Love the staff (all of the staff that I've come into contact with). Everyone from the front desk as you enter the door to the hygienists and the dentists, Always the most pleasant and helpful. Love the work but it's so important to have a great staff.

I am still confused as to what happened to me at my appointment 6/20/18. I thought I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and it was not done and not mentioned. I had to ask them. The answer was that I had to get the periodontal work done first. I was told to get some teeth pulled at a dental surgeon's office and they only recommend one surgeon. Since I can remember, trips to the dentist have never been enjoyable. All that changed when I met the team at Madison Dental Care. They are a professional, well-qualified, and lively bunch that are very dedicated to each patient's needs. The staff is friendly and attentive and they go out of their way to make you comfortable and a less fun than an amusement park situation.
