The staff was excellent. My one complaint is that I went into the experience planning on being asleep during my procedure. I have been traumatized by dental work before, and I just wanted to be able To sleep through it. The versed wasn’t keeping me asleep. I kept waking and I would complain that I was hurting, and they just kept apologizing. I didn’t want an apology, I just wanted them to quit working until I was asleep. I am always greeted by name with a smile! The dentist and nurses always take plenty of time, they never rush through procedures, they always make sure I am comfortable. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist work, after going to other dentists in the area...I will never go anywhere else now!!
