Twice now I've needed to schedule an appointment for a filling and was offered a time slot "right now". It was so convenient that I didn't have to take off another day from work. Love it!
Doctors and staff are great people.
I am very pleased with all aspects of the service, from the initial greeting when I walk in the door to the goodbye when I walk out. Everyone has treated me super! and show they care.
Dr. Roth and her staff provided such excellent care at every visit. When I first came to Madison Dental Care, I was a very anxious patient. I had an extensive treatment plan but they have walked me though every visit and my anxiety has diminished. Dr. Roth is phenomenal. She truly cares for her patients. She never rushes and makes sure you fully understand what procedures she is performing. Always being diligent to take pauses during the procedures to make sure you're doing okay.

Always nice. Always accommodating. They make coming to the dentist feel like a spa experience. And they have a Keurig with coffee, cream, sugar, and cute cups.
The office staff is amazing and very friendly never a long wait time. Friendly and positive atmosphere. I have been recommending to my new neighbors.
Have you ever arrived 15 minutes early for a medical appointment (as instructed), only to be seen 30 minutes after your actual appointment time? This was certainly NOT the case with MDC! This was my second appointment with MDC, and both times I was seen on or before my appointment time. The service was very professional, and yet friendly. My hygienist put me at ease very quickly, with her caring “chair side manner”, and her experience.
