Friendly, efficient, professional all describe the staff at Madison dental care. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by name then after a short wait in the comfortable waiting area we went into the high tech world of modern dentistry. The knowledgeable and caring hygienist took extra care to see we were comfortable. Overall a very pleasant trip to the dentist office.
The staff worked with me on my scheduling difficulties, were welcoming and caring, and were always concerned with my comfort level during all procedures.

Overall staff friendliness and professionalism is good. Scheduling and level of comfort in the waiting room and treatment room is good. I'm impress with new diagnostic equipment they have, that most dental office don't have. I just had a bad experience when they took of my old crown and put the first temporary crown. The dental assistant did not put the temporary crown neatly, as it looks like I have food particles in my tooth. And I have to wear it for weeks. But I applaud the dentist for his honesty. Best Dental experience ever! They are gentle and through. They took the time to explain the treatment and ensure I understood and was comfortable. My teeth felt amazing afterwards. The staff always greets me by my name and with genuine smiles. The waiting area is beautiful and comfortable. When my husband Retired from the Military, I told him that our new Insurance Provider has to be one that Madison Dental accepted or we would need to change Insurance Companies! Best dental practice I have ever used! The staff is welcoming, the office is nice and clean. The hygienist and Dentist are great. All you could ask for from a dental clinic. They make you feel like family!
