Dr Paul and his staff are just Super - the cap on my back tooth came off after dinner, I called, left a message that I needed to be seen, and the next morning I was called with an appointment to come in at 0900. Very caring Doctors and Staff.
They scheduled my appointment on very short notice. I had very little waiting time before being called back. The dental hygienist was excellent and so was the doctor.
Having had a phobia about going to the dentist my entire life, I made a major step to see Dr. Emily for a consultation. My experience could not have been more calm and reassuring. I've always brushed and flossed, but I have several major issues. I left the consultation with all confidence that Dr. Emily will find the best and least painful plan to achieve the beautiful smile I've always wanted. I love Madison Family Dentistry! I had the privilege of seeing both Dr. Emily and Dr. Paul on different occasions and they were both excellent! They got me in the office in a timely manner with a problem tooth and it was taken care of the immediately with care and concern. Thanks for taking care of me and I will share the good works with my friends and others I come in contact with @ work. I will recommend this practice to everyone! Keep up the good work!
Dr. Emily was so nice when I came in for my filling. Both she and her assistant were very friendly and kind and they both tried to make sure that my trip was as pleasant as possible.
