My last dentist's office was horrible. They would talk to each other and laugh (and shake!) while administering novicaine (by needle) and filling cavities, without noticing me beneath them cringing in pain. They tried to fit me for a splint, but didn't pay enough attention to what they were doing while taking moldings, so the splint never fit, I couldn't wear it, $400+ down the drain. As always, staff was very friendly and informative. An appt was given to me the same day because my crown had fallen out and even though I hadn't been there in over 2 yrs Emily still agreed to see me that day! Emily was great as always, very concerned about what happened to my crown and why I hadn't been in so long. I had already recommended my mother in law to them and would still recommend them to anybody else.
I had a wonderful first appointment at Madison Family Dentistry! So glad I switched to your practice. Staff is extremely professional and friendly...put me at ease immediately. I will encourage the rest of my family to try you out as well!
Very impressed with the patient attention and care by the dental hygenist, Fallon Nichols, and with Dr. Paul Mcintosh. Equally impressed with the level of technology they are using. This office was recommended to me by another very satisfied patient, and I will certainly make the same recommendations to others as well.
