If you have an issue and need to get ahold of the GM, be prepared to wait. 24 hours later and three inquiries and I am still waiting. The inspector that visited today was more important than the damage that was caused by his employee, or so I am told by the staff.
This would be a great place for a romantic getaway, if you have a special someone, or a girls getaway weekend!! Or, a solo getaway if you want to splurge. I love all of the outdoor usable space on the terraces, the view of the ocean, the interior, and the food. I will plan to stay here some time.

I had a great time at the Dog Days benefit last night. The hotel is just beautiful and the staff was gracious and attentive. I look forward to going there again.

Facilities are awesome but guest services are horrible. Received a call from front desk at 2am asking if I would be needing a wake up call in the morning. I had items taken from my things in the bathroom by housekeeping. My colleague was denied ordering a happy hour special at 6:58 when the special ended at 7pm.
Unbelievable view and feeling at this place! Can't wait to come back to photograph another wedding!
