My time at Madison at the Arboretum was by far the best apartment experience i’ve ever had. Incredibly caring and effortful management, responsive and prompt maintenance team. A beautiful area and spacious apartments with curious deer in your front yard and ground squirrels sunbathing on curbs. You’ll have community with your neighbors and not be able to hear them when you’re in your apartment! Normal issues with living in a little older apartments but they seem to be making great strides with updating their units. VERY fair... read more
