Didn’t give my security deposit back even though I left the apartment in great condition! Scumbag creep landlord. He avoids all calls and texts (and did before this happened). It’s a nice series of buildings but honestly the pain of dealing with him made it stressful to live there. Oh, and there was extensive water damage in my storage locker. AVOID.
I lived in a Madison Area Rentals apartment for about 6 years. Steve was great and the pricing was reasonable, and any issues I had were always promptly resolved.
Good luck renting from them.. They’d have to return your calls or emails to be able to do so. Very disappointed with the way Steve handles business and communications with potential renters.
