Maintenance Staff, Management and residents have been very friendly and helpful, my partner and I lived here for about 3 years and don't have really anything negative to say. It's a simple place to live and I would recommend it!
I lived here for about 5 years and I really appreciated the management. Lena and Darrel were consistently responsive. If I ever had issues they were on-sight and usually in my unit within a couple hours. The units are a little basic- no modern utilities like microwaves or dishwashers but it's probably the most affordable housing in the area and I would rather have that than those items. The management is what keeps me there. Lena is the best and D the maintenance guy is awesome.
I stayed here for 2 years; it was a nice basic apartment with a few quirks but ultimately provided a pleasant and safe living environment. Fellow residents of the building are friendly and respectful of packages and mail, with some having lived there for decades! Lenna, the property manager, is very nice, professional, and communicative. Darrel the maintenance man is very pleasant and is always around.
