Very accommodating- booked appointment for next morning. Arrived on time. Was able to identify issue quickly and fixed the issue with spare parts.
Rizwan and his crew were wonderful to work with. We had an emergency with our AC just before the start of a heat wave and his patience and understanding helped us find a good replacement and appropriate solution for the AC quickly and at a very reasonable price. On inspection of the job before he started though, it was recommended by Rizwan that we also replace the furnace since the heat exchanger was starting to go, and we had a pretty quick turnaround on both the AC and furnace…which was THE NEXT DAY.
