I came in for sleep study and my nurse was a rockstar. I just knew I was not going to be able to wear that mask to sleep in. She coached me through it. It took me some getting used to, but now I get at least eight hours at night of sleep.
Upon my arrival, I observed that the exterior signage was concealed, making it somewhat difficult to locate the establishment. These observations deviated from my preconceived notions of a professional medical practice, as did the extended waiting period despite my tardiness. It took them over 30 minutes to summon me for the completion of paperwork & subsequent consultation.
The staff is nice enough, but every single patient, including myself, were waiting well over an hour to speak with the doctor. Unbelievable. I do not think I will return.
