Dr. Yakkanti was thorough, clear in his explanations and spent a good deal of time with me. By the time my visit was complete, I was confident that I could trust him as a surgeon. He listened to me and addressed my concerns immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Yakkanti
Dr Yakkanti is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. I would highly recommend him. Waiting time was a little over an hour however, I expected this due to the fact that he is the best in his field. His office staff was also very good at thier job and very friendly and patient even with difficult people. Again, highly recommend Dr Yakkanti.
I came to Dr. Yakkanti with a badly damaged left hip. I called his office and explained my situation. The very next morning Dr. Yakkanti called me personally and scheduled me an appointment for that day.He is a wonderful doctor but an even better human being.
My experience this far has been great. Dr. was highly revered! Very caring and thorough.
I had knee revision surgery and had a very good experience. Surgery was thoroughly explained, along with possible issues. Office staff was friendly and answered all questions. Follow up care has been excellent.
I met Dr. Yakkanti as a result of my older sister breaking her hip and needing surgery. He was good at explaining the surgery and the risks thereof. In addition, when I had some detailed questions because of her DNR order, he ensured those were answered yet still noted the need for timely surgery to minimize her pain. The only time I was confused was when he explained what would happen with her post-discharge from the hospital.
Poor communications, wait time over 2 hrs, does not want to write a pain script though hospital asked for it as he did not want it in his name.
