The dumbest Dr and office staff I ever seen in my life they charge people when u walk in the office then they make u wait for and hour to see the Dr stuiped staff and stuiped Dr
Horrible at answering the phone and returning call's. Just pray that you are not in a emergency situation
I'm not sure what the problem is with some of these reviewers? I have been here twice and both times I was seen by the doctor at the time I had the appointment. I was asked for my ID and insurance card and to fill out forms which is typical at a doctor's office. The other gentleman in the waiting room had an expired ID , no insurance card and was on MassHealth. She still saw him as a patient! She wore a mask the whole time I sat with her. "Health & safety Measures taken here Appointment required Mask required Staff wear masks Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits" The above is posted on Dr. Prasad website but unfortunately and for my disappointment the Dr. didn't wear mask or better had a mask below the chain and when asked twice to wear a mask I realize that her mask offer no protection, it was old (probably from the dollar store) and dirty . My husband waited 1 hour before being seen. This was discourteous to him as a patient. The office staff proceeded to have a lengthy discussion with the technician while my husband sat waiting in pain
