This saddens me that the way things are right now and then good vets have to deal with rude people. There is a client named Joey Avila and his wife that are protesting because they were fired for tresting the staff unkind. i used to work there so i know for a fact how rude they can be. The vets and staff at Madera are superb and I only trust my animals here. Our puppy had begun to limp and seemed to struggle to get up once she was laying down. We took her to our local vet in Turlock in which we waited hours and did not get any information. After a recommendation from a friend, I called Madera and they were able to get our puppy in the following week. I made the commute and was seen within 15 minutes of our arrival. Been going to Fresno over the past years, live in Madera, heard horror stories about vets in Madera, tried Madera Medical Center for my dog Bella, who ended up with diabetes. The doctor and the staff are awesome, kind and very helpful. I advised them they have also earned the care of my other 6 dogs.
They are wonderful, they took us and our special Jazz when we needed help! Amazing people!
