I've had nothing but great experiences with Madera Vet Center. They call a few days after a visit to check on the progress of the pet. I've never known of any vet doing that. Also, we have multiple dogs and the doctors and staff remember each by name and inquire of how each one is doing during our appointments. I recently had to put my elderly dog to rest and the entire staff showed how genuinely sorry they were for my loss. Love this place. Several years back I used to take my pets to a vet in Selma, but the wait staff became horrible and insensitive. So instead of deal with them, I came to this vet and right away they took great care of my pets. Would never think twice about referring someone to MVC, I just wish they had more boarding suites! My dogs love the staff and get excited when they ealize where we are.
They were so kind and wonderful with my dog. I had questions and they answered every one of them. The ladies that I saw didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and just cared about my dog. To top that all off they called the day after my dog got her shots just to check in on her.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a veterinarian.
We absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for many years and have received the very best care. All staff is wonderful. We recently lost our beloved Q Tip at age 17. Everyone went way out of their way to take care of her in her senior years. They were very caring with us and helped us deal with our loss. For our money this is the best veterinary clinic anywhere. I love this place! When I got my dogs they helped me out everything. When my poor doggie got hit by a car they were there for me. When I come in they know my doggies by name. So awesome and so helpful. Always smiling and sweet and nice!
