I was looking to buy a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid xse in metallic gray. I was offered to reserve it until the owner of the dealership found out I have an employee discount. I was then told several other people are interested in it and that if the car sits on the lot for 30 days after it arrives then I could buy. Im already a toyota tacoma owner and was looking forward to getting this one for my wife. But now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye Madera Toyota

This is the worst place I do not recommend this place to anyone. I got a lease in 2017. A Toyota RAV4 2017. This year I wanted to know if it was better for me to keep it or return it. When I went to the dealership the seller advice me that it was better for me to get a new one. I asked many times how much he thought it was going to be what I was going to be paying for my Toyota 2017 since I passed the mileage limit he said a little bit more than 3000 which I thought it was not that bad. Just bought our 2019 Tacoma there yesterday; it was a great experience. We just love our new truck!! Robert English was awesome; very helpful and patient. He was able to get us what we wanted for the right price! Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.
