Leslie was great, she truly has excellent customer service skills. Every time I asked her to check with her manager, she did so with patience and a positive attitude. Unfortunately, my issue is not with her but with the company itself. This company is not veteran- or disability-friendly. I request to you they have old construction and we bought the house in Fresno they overcharged they don’t care about service and they give us over bills and they give us garbage bills also too much

Let me start off by saying, they don’t know how to pick their tenants! They pick the worst of the worst, they approve anyone, hell, they’ll probably approve a homeless guy for all I know. Loud, obnoxious, disrespectful, entitled people, have aggressive pets, everything you don’t want in a neighbor. I am told this is the company that is over some properties in Houston. I come across my leasing lady being hung over /intoxicated on touring and move in day, was accommodated with half off rent and no dog fee. I switched careers half way through my lease ,communicated that with them the late fees are fine they said ok but still filed for evection and I had no clue.
