My sister applied to These apartments are terrible they are unprofessional the leasing agents are liars and the apartment managers just are going to take your money and move on and deny you . This place is roach infested look at the reviews they make people leave a positive reviews for 500$ off on rent . Truly a bad place to settle if I was you I would definitely find somewhere else to live . Or risk losing all of your items do to roaches entering your furniture and clothing . The apartment process was a great experience and the apartment itself is good and modern. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is the range and quality of the amenities. I moved in 2022 and have been here for 2 years. The maintenance team is the best and ALWAYS responds to work orders. What I love most about living here are the amenities.. The pool area is clean and relaxing perfect for winding down after a long day. They maintain it every week which is great since the last management kept it closed all year round. Hey guys, I’ve been living in this apartment for about six months now to be precise and up till now, i am yet to experience anything unpleasant. The entire team has been very good to me and the other tenants that i know of. A man named Derrick leads the team and he’s tremendously wonderful. He goes out of his way to please his tenants! He doesn’t complain, great understanding and always ready to help anytime. Cece is also sweet. Keep it up guys. 🫡
