I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. My experience with the management team, particularly leasing agent Deja Martinez, was extremely disappointing. Management is better than the last but they’re still money hungry crooks who will drain you as much as possible. They get weird when you want to move and start hitting you with as many fees as possible. We have been faithful in our rent and cleaned our apartment very good before leaving and they still charged us for cleaning. I love living here at Springlake Apartments. The manager and the leasing agent are awesome. I will recommend my friends if they’re looking for an apartment come here.
