Very poor doctor how anybody like her could ever become a doctor is beyond me

Medieval. Malicious. Merciless. Dr.Holzman is the perfect example of someone who NEEDS to retire. She clearly hates her job and should've picked a different career, any career. Her bedside manner is nonexistent. She makes no effort to talk you through your options, let alone describe what she is doing to "help" her patients. When performing excruciatingly painful procedures don't count on her to wait for any kind of pain killers or local anesthesia to kick in. Nurses even dislike working with he

She doesn't have the best bed side manner, and my first time there it took me three hours to even be seen by her. She doesn't have the best communication in educating about a diagnosis, and she hasn't done a great job of communicating plans. I feel like she isn't the most professional.

Well to start this was the specialist reccomeded by the hospital which is usually not a good thing. I had a 12:45 appointment and left the office at 1:40 because I had yet to be seen. No respect to patients even though you are paying for these services. If you need a urologist in Chico go see Dr. Sterzer, he knows what he is doing and runs a legitimate on time practice.
