Mike did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer! I purchased a used Ram from his lot even though he's a Ford dealer and he didn't try to blow smoke up my tail. he let me know it was a trade-in and he didn't know much about the truck like he does the Ford's. I normally don't deal with dealerships as I am the type that usually buys private but Mike made this a pleasant experience by far. down to earth and very personable!
