Had a great experience with Dave! He was personable, quickly responded to my inquiry and phone calls. My vehicle was as described. When we made an appointment to test drive the vehicle was up front and ready to go along with any information we wanted. After the test drive we had as much time as we wanted to inspect, we chose to buy it and we got all wrapped up in less than an hour. Thank you Madelia Ford for a great car buying experience, it was worth the drive from the Twin Cities!
Very disappointed in the service we received from Dave. 1st day home with my sons truck and oil was leaking all over. Took it back and was told its not that bad, and its not a new truck, so sorry.
Once again I am so happy with my excellent service and friendly staff at Madelia Ford!
