The staff at Made to Order are top notch! Everyone is friendly and very helpful! I love the Southern Gates of Savannah collection and I have to order sizes sometimes. They make the process easy and seamless and advise me as soon as my order has arrived!
I brought my bracelet in to see if Pam would be able to replace a turquoise stone that had fallen out, she said she has a guy in AZ that can do it. I was very worried about sending my bracelet out but trusted her. I picked up my bracelet today, and I couldn’t be more happy! They did such a great job that I couldn’t even tell which stone was replaced! Pam is so wonderful and lovely to work with! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my bracelet which means so much to me!

I can not say enough great things about Pam and her business. She recently built a custom engagement ring for me and everything went as smooth as possible. After giving me a whole education about diamonds, rings, settings...etc, we picked a great diamond and the setting we liked only came in platinum but she was able to have one custom built in yellow gold. The prices are great , staff is knowledgeable, and they are truly there to make you happy , not to just sell you a ring . Thank you for all of your hard work.
