I've been coming here to workout for just over two years. This place has helped change my life and how I view fitness and my health. The staff is incredible and the members are great. This place is so much more than just a gym, it's a community. Best money I've ever spent when it comes to fitness.
Went to the doctor today and as a result of this class have lost 11 pounds and am thankful for everyone there. Super friendly and all walks of life are welcome. Whether you are in shape or have never done a push up remember "its not because you can't it's because you have never done one until today"
