Came to see Garrett after realizing the need to increase my conditioning and decrease the bodyweight after a recent firefighter combat challenge competition. He did an assessment with me giving the tools needed to achieve my goal of better fitness. I am now down 10lbs and feel better now than I have in a while..I am very pleased with the progress I have MADE.

My decision to begin training BJJ again was one of the best I've made. In addition, I could not have picked a better place to train. The welcome that both Garrett and Joe showed me was fantastic and I really appreciated it. MADE has the nicest mats in Louisville and a great group of people to train with. The teaching is top notch and I look forward to every class. I'm looking forward to a fantastic 2017 at MADE and working towards my goals with a great team to help along the way!
