A service truck accidentally backed into my wife's car and did not notice. (No witnesses except someone saw that their service trucks were working nearby.) I phoned Maddox and a manager kindly said she would look into it. Their insurance took care of us. When you need a company that cares about integrity, look no further. Do business locally. I know I will.
Over billing on services provided. was charged $574.00 for adding freon to AC. was charged $119.00 for same service by competitor on 8/3/15. also, they over bill on their time. they say they use GPS but our business cameras showed arrival time and time leaving on CCTV. also, they charge from the time they leave the appt. prior to your appt. so if they have a 45 minute drive to you, know that you are being billed for this time. will never use again. horribly inflated prices and when you ask them about justifying they say they... read more
