We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms. Nolan showed up in less than an hour and was quick, efficient and very personable. Jon was very courteous and professional. Definitely knew what he was talking about. Very thorough in explaining and went the extra mile in tidying up after the job. Need to add the customer service rep was also very helpful and kind. She reassured me it was going to be all right and a technician will come out today! Work was super.
