We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms. Nolan showed up in less than an hour and was quick, efficient and very personable. I would definitely recommend Maddox Plumbing Services.This is the second time we've used their services and we're very happy we did.
We used Maddox Plumbing Services in December for a broken sewer pipe. So we called them again. I asked for our previous technician John Pacheco. Both times the poor guy was pulling in his lot to go home. He is a Rock Star. Thanks so much!!
Jon was very courteous and professional. Definitely knew what he was talking about. Very thorough in explaining and went the extra mile in tidying up after the job. Need to add the customer service rep was also very helpful and kind. She reassured me it was going to be all right and a technician will come out today! Work was super.
Maddox Plumbing Services diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and explained our options thoroughly and clearly. They even spent extra time teaching us best practices in maintaining our boiler. They started the job on the spot and finished replacing all of the pipes connected to our boiler the next day. They were professional, responsive, prompt, and super skilled and was fair with his pricing. We are so grateful to have met them and will 100% contact him for any future needs!
