Went to visit some friends there. The walls are thin, they have pest problems, and I was given a parking ticket for parking on the residents floor. If you value your friends don't let them live here. Overpriced and awful.
Moved in a couple of months ago and I cannot believe how thin the walls are between the units. There must be absolutely no insulation between the apartments. I highly dislike being forced to listen to my next door neighbors nightly conversations. I live alone but it literally sounds like I have roommates. Its sounds like my neighbors live inside my apartment. Extremely disturbing! Also for the price you pay it isn't appropriately accommodating. Case in point.
