Very polite, did a very good job. excellant service.
They were fine. The gentleman who came out was very nice, but he was a little too chatty which made him slower than I thought he should be.

Our sweeps always take a little time to speak with the homeowner to ascertain if he/she has any special concerns or needs for their fireplace system in addition to the requested cleaning. This enables us to give each homeowner exceptional service with a human touch!
He was awesome. Did a good job, kept the mess to a minimum. He even posed for me to take a picture as my mom collects chimney sweeps.

Work appeared to be thorough, the serviceman was meticulous in his cleaning and explained what he was doing. He made some recommendations regarding products for the chimney.
Mad Hatter was consistently slow in getting back to me. Apart from that, I have not complaints. They did good work for a reasonable price.
