Madd Hatter came out and cleaned my chimney friday. They showed up in the time frame they said and got the job done. No real issues took a little longer than I thought it should have but over all I'm happy it's done. Thanks for your help!

The only thing I absolutely did not like or appreciate is that at the end he said he can except tips if you are willing to or not. I thought that was rude. We always tip if we feel the job was done right and fair. I think this puts someone in an awkward position if they don't tip or don't have the extra money to do so. And then feel bad if they are not able to tip.
