We had an urgent need for service on a compresdorrunning 24 hours a day. Immediate service call set up. Riley phoned and could come early. He was so helpful and explained how the capacitor had stuck in the on position. Such professional and accurate service. Thank you for helping us out
We were so worried about our daughter and her kids because the heating system went out and it’s been below freezing weather..it was 54* in their house..we contacted Madd Air Heating & Cooling and within 2 hours they sent Camilo out who quickly found the issue.. For a quick response and excellent customer service I highly recommend working with Sam and the team at Madd Air. When my air conditioner needed to be replaced I highly valued the professional response and efficient build out of my new system. Sam went above and beyond to explain my options, kept me informed along the way and showed me how to program the new air conditioner system all while patiently answering my questions. He is definitely a person I trust and would work with again.
I needed someone to replace my previous A/C guy who had retired and I found MADD Air with a good rating. Joseph came promptly and couldn't have been more efficient. A new part was ordered and he was back the next day and had everything fixed. The system has been working perfectly ever since.
Highly recommended. They always find a way to get me taken care of the day I call and that isn't always the case with some service companies. Sam has been out to take care of our AC system and is very thorough and explains everything that he accomplished or we may need to think about. I really appreciate MADD Air and you will too!
So, on Saturday morning, June 5th, we awoke to an A/C unit that was kaput! I called MaddAir and Sam came out the same day to discuss our options and the costs of replacing our units. I also got 2 other bids on Sunday after deciding that replacing the A/C's and Furnaces (after 17 years) was the best option. Long story short, Charlie's crew installed 2 A/C's and 2 gas furnaces on Monday. The service was great and the price was competitive. P.S. We were shopping around for an AC company to help with our AC System not cooling and dehumidifying properly. MaddAir was recommend by our neighbor who have been a customer for over a decade.
