We sold both our home and an inherited property with Madcity Homes this spring. Stuart provides a great service for those of us who have the skills and knowledge to price, negotiate, and close real estate transactions without the assistance of a full service real estate brokerage. Stuart takes amazing pictures of a property. Those are so important in today's market. We absolutely would sell more properties with Madcity Homes in the future. In fact, we already have a third listed with them!
This is a great service that's highly effective for selling your home. Stuart is incredibly helpful and provides excellent support throughout the process.
Stuart and his MadCity Homes team was exactly what we were looking for. They did a great job.
