Stuart provides a great service for those of us who have the skills and knowledge to price, negotiate, and close real estate transactions without the assistance of a full service real estate brokerage. Stuart takes amazing pictures of a property. Those are so important in today's market. We absolutely would sell more properties with Madcity Homes in the future. In fact, we already have a third listed with them!
