Ordered flowers for my husband’s graduation. I was very upset with the service provided. I was thinking to give 0 star, but I will give 1 star since I got a full refund. Flowers are nice on instagram but bad service and inconsistent. The flowers i received are fresh but not bloomed. I AM NOT BUYING LILIUM (which is okay even if not bloomed). i went into the store today and was not greeted at all upon arrival, was told they book out months in advance and did not offer any solutions or insight on when they would be free, one airpod in an ear, no smile and minimal eye contact, unprofessional and rude. bouquets may be beautiful however customer services leaves a lot to be desired.
