I have used Madam Fluers a few times now! Usually I have a regular florist I’ll go too. I needed something quickly and within the cbd. The lovely owner was able to sort me out exactly what I wanted which were the three colours I asked for, plus budget and pickup time all hit. I could see how hard she was working when I came in to see her. Credit to the owner and support small business!

bad service, not welcoming, too much attitude
Beautiful shop and flowers, however customer service left much to be desired. Overall, we felt like we were treated aggressively, and that the florist was uncaring and arrogant. We went in to pick out a small bouquet, and from the way she picked the flowers to how she spoke to us, we just did not feel welcomed.
