Lovely flower shop with fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements. The staff were friendly and patient, and helped me choose the perfect bouquet. Everything looked amazing and the flowers lasted well. Highly recommend!
Staff attitude was unacceptable, Unfriendly and clearly unwilling to help So RUDE from that lady If you don't want to work then don't, go home. Avoid this place if you value good service Would not recommend 16/4/2026
Heavenly send reason for a reason😇
Ordered flowers for my husband’s graduation. I was very upset with the service provided. I was thinking to give 0 star, but I will give 1 star since I got a full refund. Flowers are nice on instagram but bad service and inconsistent. The flowers i received are fresh but not bloomed. I AM NOT BUYING LILIUM (which is okay even if not bloomed). I am buying flowers for grad which i have mentioned when i placed the order. I asked nicely “i am sorry, but could u exchange the sunflowers for me? Im willing to pay extra” She scolded ... read more
i went into the store today and was not greeted at all upon arrival, was told they book out months in advance and did not offer any solutions or insight on when they would be free, one airpod in an ear, no smile and minimal eye contact, unprofessional and rude. bouquets may be beautiful however customer services leaves a lot to be desired.
