We sat here for about twenty minutes and observed the manager leaving a young girl by herself on several occasions while she was getting "slammed" with customers. And she did nothing to help...kudos to the young girl, she worked her behind off and did a great job.

The staff was very friendly, decor was bright & cheery and the chocolate was the best we've had. The raspberry sorbet was pure ecstasy!! We highly recommend it AND you can get Bluegrass Kettle Master's kettle korn!! Yay!!

It was FANTASTIC!!! Between the couple of samples, tasting the kids Ice cream, my own flavor and the pint I brought home, they were all great!!!! I would definitely go back!
