Absolutely amazing! Reasonably priced, especially for the amount of icecream that you receive, and friendly service! My favorite is without a doubt the "Cookie Monster". You have to try it!
Just tried some Mad Scoops at J.J. McBrewsters in Lexington last night (which they will unfortunately no longer be carrying). I had the salted caramel. Holy carp! That 15% cream really makes such a huge difference. The flavors really pop. I'd been being told by a friend for a couple of months that it was just the best ice cream, period. We had our first taste of Mad Scoops at an event in Lexington and will definitely be making the drive to Richmond to try some other flavors.

Better prices and more variety than Baskin Robbins. Very colorful environment and video games! Got a crazy mad waffle cone of scooperman and it was wonderful! I managed to eat the entire cone (was as big as my head) in 25 minutes or less. Worth the tummy ache that followed. Recommend fully with no reservations.
My friends, my dog and myself all went to mad scoops for ice cream. We ran into the owners, they were so friendly and nice! I had no idea all the ice cream was made there. Will definitely be back!
