Excellent all-around! MAD replaced our water heater. Danny Simpson, the owner, is highly professional, punctual and extremely helpful. He advises you on how to save money vs. pushing unneeded items. His pricing is very reasonable, too. Hands-down the best contractor experience we can remember. We will certainly use MAD Renovations again.
The company responded immediately to my inquiry, scheduled me within days, and showed up exactly on time. The 3 man crew was extremely polite and efficient. They completed 4 projects including installation of a new wall oven, a garbage disposal, running a new electrical line in the ceiling for a ceiling fan and painting a small area of a kitchen wall. They installed what no one else was willing to install and did a GREAT job. I was very impressed with their rapid response to our need, positive attitude, and thoughtfulness. I will most definitely be hiring them again for additional jobs around the home.
They got us on the schedule quickly and made a somewhat tricky install routine in a short period of time. They cleaned up after the job. A good value for their service.
