Very quick response time. Installed a water heater on a saturday morning. Will work with this company again.
Dan did a fine job installing my washer (easy) and dryer (pain in the ...), took the time to make sure it was done right. Also noticed a peephole viewer I was going to put in the door, and did that at no additional charge. You can count on Dan for quality service.

Very pleased, the owner was pleasant, and the crew was friendly as well. Needed to replaced the ballast of the kitchen lighting unit . After the light was repaired, they cleaned out the light cover before replacing it. I know have a handyman company for all my home repair needs.
I am waiting to replace a Gas Range that was purchased online and doesn't match my Refrigerator, therefore Dan is waiting on me. Thanks to Dan for his Patience after this project is complete I will be calling on Dan for more projects. Finally, Dan installed a Gas Line for my new Gas Range and installed the Ice/Water Line for my new French Door Fridge. I am very Satisfied and will be hiring Mad Renovations for future work in my home. Thanks Dan!!!
The owner was prompt to respond, professional, knowledgeable, easy to reach and friendly. I hired them to do a new install for a dishwasher including cabinet removal. It was all done at a reasonable price, my husband and I are pleased. The work was completed in a timely manner and him and his employee cleaned up very nicely upon completion. I would recommend services from MAD Renovations. I plan to use them again for a home/handyman project.
Dan was the first of four electricians to call me back. He also was able to take a look at our problem right away. Fixed our issue in less than an hour and was very reasonable on price. I will be calling again him soon to look at differnent repair opportunity.
Dan come out on a weekend - quickly and inexpensively repaired our water heater. We're very pleased.
