Danny Simpson called me the day prior to get details of what I required and I could tell he was knowledgeable right away. Scheduled service for the next day and he showed up on time and continued to smile even after I had missed a major detail. Danny went above and beyond to meet my needs and get a new water heater installed. Will continue to call with any issues I have.

This was the most awkward encounter with a contractor. First, the owner of the business, Dan, shows up with a dog. As I open the door, the dog was about to walk in. I grabbed the dog by the collar and directed away from my house. This set my dogs barking. Second, as we progress thru the job, he had me go to Keidel to purchase the water heater and parts because he had no money. I was not happy about this but needed the unit installed that day. Dan & Robert installed a hot water heater for us. They were easy to communicate with and clear regarding costs and what was included in their price. High quality work and was much more affordable than other competitors.
MAD can do it all. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Very professional.
Dan was here within 2 hours of contact and did an amazing job at getting our hot water heater replaced and the new one installed. He went above and beyond replacing fittings and shutoff valve and was very affordable. Could not be happier with the service!

These guys are pros. Flexible scheduling, very reasonable cost, and not out to gouge the customer. Offered a variety of possible solutions and helped walk through what would be the best option for my situation, not just what would be the most expensive.
