Simply the best and near the lovely Eltrym Theater.
Enjoyed stopping in for a cup of coffee! Nice place with nice people.
Came in on March 24th to find some caffeine for the road, and definitely found the gem of Baker City. The barista who opened the shop was very friendly, understood and executed my order perfectly, and made me the best traditional-ratio mocha I've had outside of Salt Lake! The shop was very cute with a cool, peaceful atmosphere, and definitely worth the walk from the motel. I don't know when I'll be in Baker again, but Mad Matildas will definitely be seeing me again!
Took my family in for gelato and did a shot of espresso over the top. Yum! It was great.
Just got a spiced chai tea. I was excited to find out that they have an immense amount of seating and games to play! Just the kind of coffee shop I was just telling my friends we needed.I just wish the hours were a little later on Saturday. I work full time M-F 8-5. Mad Matilda's seems like it would be a great place to hang out with a book or hang out with friends on the weekend.
The coffee and gelato are excellent, the hours aren't.
