Karl his team of installers were great! Very professional and easy to work with. We went into one of the rooms after the new windows were in and could feel the difference immediately. Everyone at Mad City just wanted us to be happy and we are! Thanks Mad City!
Was very impressed with Mad City Windows. The windows are a great quality and they installed them very quickly. I only wished we could have scheduled them to get in quicker!

They did a good job installing the windows. The next day when I found a small problem the responded quickly to fix the problem. They are not perfect but they fallow l up and take care of their customers.

We had them come in for bath and shower installations. There were a few issues: one of the workers injured himself (cut his finger) and they left for the emergency room. It does not appear that they notified the main office in a timely way, because they were confused when we contacted them. Another crew returned the next day to continue working on the project, but it turns out that the bathtub was defective, so they had to return it. they were prompt , clean and very courteous. they cleaned up every mess and the tub is wonderful can't believe how great this company is we will be coming back for our windows and siding . great experience
