I like my new window - it was -13 deg and my window did not freeze up and was so much warmer and a better view. Its GREAT!

Great salesman by the name of Jason, He was attentive the price was correct, He has checked over the job done by Jim Dorn & his crew,They also did a great job & when I buy more window's it will be through Jason & i will have Jim & his crew install them, I have also recommened Mad city window's to several other people.

The window install was excellent, everyone we delt with from the sales team to the installers was great to work with. The new windows look better than I ever imagined!!
