Excellent customer service. Have had a MacBook Pro for 8 yrs and was having problems with hard drive. They diagnosed the hard drive was failing and within 24 hrs had my laptop back, working great again! Hats off to Terry, Ken and Lee!
Started having laptop problems so I took it to Best Buy, 3 days and $160 later, they weren't able to detect what was wrong. Found out about this store and took the helpful man less than 2 hours to get my laptop up and running again! So thankful! Will return with any future problems and will be telling friends! :)

The staff at mac tech are wonderful people! They go above and beyond to help their customers! They will work with you to figure out what you need and they are NOT pushy!!! They also support our community and gave a discount for donating, or even attempting to donate blood during a blood drive! Great people! I would recommend them 100% of the time!!!
These guys blew my expectations out of the water. They are extremely knowledgeable, offer superb customer service, and are genuinely good people. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future computer assistance or accessories! Thank you, MacTech Solutions!
