We have been customers of MacTech Solutions since 1999. They have provided excellent personal service, products, advice and repairs all along the way. They have done this for our business as well as our personal needs for our entire family. I took our computer in, and they said they would call when it was ready-they did not. My husband had to call, it was ready, but the other memory wasn’t in. I paid the entire amount. They said they would call when it came in-they did not. My husband had to go there. They said they had to have the computer. I took it in-which is quite s feat since nobody helps you even open the door. I was told that it would take some time. Then, it did not. Every experience I have had with these guys has been nothing short of excellent. I have been in a couple times for warranty repairs on my iphone and beats headphones and the whole staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you MacTech!
