Brought my MacBook in because one of my most important programs would not work. Ken immediately assessed the situation, suggested we get a backup drive so he could safely work on my computer. He did what he needed to do and then carefully explained what our next steps needed to be after we brought the computer home. Everything is back up and running now. We will continue to use Mac tech solutions for our Mac needs.FYI: it is an hour drive from where we live but worth it.
Waste of time...waited an hour to get nothing resolved. Only going to Apple for any services or purchases I make including warranty information and replacement
RecommendedGreat people. My 6 year old Mac, (with every spec of information I had), had a hard drive that was totally fried. Computer wouldn't even turn on. They installed a new one, and were able to somehow retrieve ALL my info from my old hard drive. AND provided me with an external back up for the future. Only took a few days. Best Apple service in Wichita Falls, PERIOD!!!
