I was having issues with my ac adapter for my mac. Genius Bar didnt have an opening for nearly a week, so i checked out this place. Dealt with dave. He ran Diagnostics on my machine- the same system the apple store uses. He found a replacement for the part that plugs into the wall, didnt charge me a dime. could have easily hustled me for the 80 bucks for a new adapter. i know where im going next time i need repairs on apple products. Highly recommended!!!
Again u guys saved the day 3 times now u all deserve a raise ty ty ty again!!!!!
I have sent many friends to this place for Mac repairs, all with rave reviews including some producers and big film folks from LA and NYC. I have had nothing but honesty and good service every time i have been there. Do not go to the big store for repairs, come here. Its a warm comfortable environment, with a lot of geeky expertise but it doesnt feel like you are arriving late to a science lab when you walk in. They seem to also carry a full line of Apple products.

Had a battery replaced on a iphone5. Done very quick and very affordable!
The folks at MacSolutions Plus were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and affordable. I am a power mac user and just needed some things done that I did not have the time to do. They were efficient and charged me a very fair price for the work. Aaron did an exceptional job of understanding and documenting my needs. I have not been an active customer in a several years (duh, I use Macs), but it was treated as important as someone who was. We are very lucky in Buffalo to have such a great support business.

Den, That was not a great experience and I apologize but let me put this in perspective. The owner and lead technician was in a car wreck and has been out. Since this is a family run business his wife was also out and taking care of him. We have other technicians but they were swamped and quite honestly did the best they could and I applaud them for that. They are the closest apple store near me and they are very nice
Brought in five year old Mac Notebook Pro which was running slowly, and they put 16 GB of RAM in it. Done. Professional, trustworthy, effective, good price.
